Hi there. Just looking to pick your collective brains please. My daughter has been ebf and bottle refuser for 6 months. About 3 weeks ago she miraculously took a bottle of formula and we have kept it rolling from there with my husband giving a bottle at bed time at about 7.30 and firt wake up at about midnight just to give me a break really as her sleep has been pretty rubbish these past few months. For the first week or 2 her sleep drastically improved and we thought we had found a magic bullet, but we are now back to 2/3 hrly wake ups post 12pm. My supply has dropped off in the evening, we are weaning solids too and are on about 2 and a half meals a day. I make a point of offering bf before solids but she doesn't really settle to it like she used too. She only takes approx 120ml if that at each formula feed and 5 min feeds through the day and back to sleep over night. She has just got her first 2 teeth. I guess what I am asking is do you think she getting enough milk? I think I am worried about losing my supply, is she weaning from the breast? is this teething? Im puzzled!

I've noticed times when my near 9mo ds has fed less since starting on solids 3 months ago. Self weaning very uncommon so early. Increased efficiency at feeds far more likely. And a natural progression from milk to food. If you keep feeding then the milk will keep being produced just as before, to meet her demand.
