Post TT dummy refusal

Bit of a strange one. Posting in here as wondering if anyone else has experienced this. DS had his TT snipped at 12 weeks and from the same day onwards started refusing his dummy which he used to love. He still won't take it. Is it just a co incidence or is it something to do with his mouth? I'm worried that the TT snip has done something strange to his poor mouth!

DS refused bottle after TT. We didn't use one for a month to ensure he got used to breast (I think 1 week was advised) and after that he just pushed it out with his tongue. Although it's annoying I'm glad he can properly use his tongue now and as bf is much better we don't need ebm top ups after every feed. It would just be nice to have the option!
Maybe you could retrain him/ hold it in but I'd be tempted to just not bother with a dummy any more.
