Why do you want to?

What is she doing to refuse the bottle? Crying or fussing? Xx

I think the Dr Browns teats are the best for Breastfed babies, you can get them from Boots or Amazon, I have no personal experience, but friends who had previously Breastfed said that they are the most similar. Whatever your reason for stopping breast feeding, you have no need to feed guilty, or anything like it. Your reasons are your reasons! Your baby will be perfectly well, with or without your breast milk, the important thing is that you are both happy. Good luck. ??

She cries, and pushes the teat out with her tongue, which ofc makes milk come out, then she gags, sometimes making herself sick :(

Feel like i have to give up, baby isnt gaining friday we will find out how much she has gained, but so far shes gained so slowly that its really concerning, i did a babymoon yesterday, am trying to feed her constantly, but unless theres a pretty big gain then i dont really feel i have an option

I feel like i have let her down in some way, and want to cry, but i also know that i will get over it if its better for her and she gains better...

So i have till friday to figure out how we will move her to formula if it comes to that

Will pick up some Dr browns, have tried tommee tippee, avent, and cheapy ones so far, thank you

Hmmm...have you tried a few dream feeds with a bottle, or slipping in a bottle when LO is on the boob and a bit snoozy? I find that helped us. The thing is that they still have that tongue pushy out reflex and will gag too if they don't want something in their mouths...patience is definitely required! Are you going to give ebm or formula? I was just going to suggest maybe ebm to begin with whilst they get used to the bottle. Good luck!
