Also looking to use the medela calma as LO is having trouble with latching on after a bottle feed

Hi, I used the lansinoh bags. They worked pretty well, no leaks. You do have to store them upright while the milk is first freezing though (to avoid leaks and also so that you can see how much you have stored).

Hope you find a solution to the nipple confusion issue. Would it be possible to try cutting out the bottle altogether?

I posted in your other thread too. Please do get RL support if your struggling with feeding/oversupply. These early days are tough going.

I also use Lansinoh bags but freeze them lying down flat after noting the amount while upright and writing it on the label.

I used to freeze them upright but had some bag ruptures from the awkward-shaped block of frozen milk being knocked around in the freezer. Frozen flat, they're stackable, and I've never had milk leak out through the double seal on top.

I use Lansinoh bags and have found them robust and reliable (they withstand me putting very hot bm in them as I need to scald my milk prior to freezing due to high lipase levels). I just stick them straight in the freezer any which way...

They're a bit 'floppy' and the Medela ones have more structure/ stand up on their own - but that alone isn't worth the higher price tag of the Medela ones (and the Lansinoh have a greater capacity)
