was feeding baby 120 ml every 3 hours or so but in last few days she's been screaming for more so have increased to 150 ml.This seems like alot - she weighs nearly 8 pounds and was 6 and half at birth. Any advice?

All mine were bottle fed and somebody(Penelope Leach, probably) told me to give enough that you always had some left over in the bottle. Then you know that they are full, rather than just got to the end of the bottle iyswim?
If you make the formula as per instructions and feed on demand, never force 'a wee bit more' in etc you can't overfeed.

The other thing is,if you were breast feeding you would have no idea what she's having at every feed, you would be going on weight gain, wet nappies and contented baby wouldn't you.

Just found this as a rough guide, please, please take it with a pinch of salt,as most babies I've known don't read manuals and they are all individuals.
Allow 85 mls for each pound of body weight in a 24 hour period. So that would mean about 680 mls/24 hrs for your baby. However your baby may want more,on a growth spurt for example,or she may want less, just having a not hungry day.
