Infant feeding

biting 8 months

my DD bites hard with no warning about 50% of feeds.
I say (or yelp) no when she does it and put her on the floor for about 30 seconds where she will scream, but she still doesn't seem to understand not to.

She isn't doing it from not wanting milk either as she often does huge feeds after. I don't think it's teething either as both teeth have broken the surface and been fine a few weeks.

Does anyone have any advice at all? please!!

Have you tried pulling her into you for a second when she does it? They have to let go then to breathe.

My DD bit when she was teething, I did the above and also said "no" firmly before putting her on the floor for a minute. I am sure it was teething related as she stopped once her teeth were through x
