Pregnant and breastfeeding but worried about milk supply

I'm pregnant, early days still as just 6+3 but already I'm concerned about my supply as I'm still feeding my dd, who is 16 months. About a week ago, she started coming off my right boob literally a few seconds after going on and requesting the other side instead. We usually always start on that side as she normally takes both sides during a feed and ending on the left side makes it easier to put her to bed when she falls asleep.
Another problem is that the left boob is starting to feel a little sore as well. I can bear it but it's uncomfortable.
I'm worried that her not spending much time on the right is really not going to help matters but in general there's a lot less swallowing going on and she already seems to be eating more.
I ideally want her to self wean, and when I found out I was pregnant was very worried about her weaning before she was really ready but I've since started reading adventures in tandem nursing and it's helping me get some perspective and now I'm taking each day as it comes.
Has anyone experienced such a drop in supply so early? And did they wean or just dry nurse till colostrum appeared? She still feeds in the night at least once or twice but these sessions are lasting longer. During the day, she varies depending on how much she asks but generally feeds 3 or 3 times per day.
I know a few people who have fed through pregnancy but only see them once a month at support meetings and wanted to canvas a wider view.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and nursing my 22 month old DD. I think my supply was affected a bit quite early on and I only feed from one side anyway, but as DD has other drinks, including cows milk with breakfast and yoghurts etc I've just carried on nursing on demand and ignored supply. She is still nursing like she always has, morning and bedtime, plus a million times in between if we're home. I doubt she'd stop if my milk dried up completely.

I think I'd personally only worry if I was nursing an under 1.

My supply totally vanished around the 20 week mark, but it didn't put my extremely stubborn determined DS off in the slightest. Colostrum didn't come in until around 36 weeks so yes, he dry nursed until then. I did feel guilty about 'denying' him the milk, but he seemed happy. I got through a pretty full on aversion in later pg, too.

He's 2.5 and DS2 is now seven weeks btw.

It did decrease but there was still milk there. Dd1 gave up at this point and dd3 powered though and is still going (ds is 6 weeks)

Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences. She's still very enthusiastic about feeding so I hope that will carry us through if she wants to continue. There must be some milk still there as I still occasionally hear her swallowing but I've started offering cows milk with every meal and she eats cheese and 1 yogurt per day. She's drinking more cows milk than she used to but nowhere near the recommended daily amount.
