Also, can you try feeding him when he is asleep as I always found mine fed better when asleep or sleepy. Worth a try anyway.

Given that your babies are a month old, they have learned to feed a particular way to cope with the tongue tie, and now they have to unlearn that method and relearn. Sounds like one got the knack straight away but other needs a bit more convincing to find the new, more successful way! Persevere, I know it's stressful... From mother of a former tongue tie DS. Good luck and a big hug.

I found it took a good two weeks after the cut for feeding to be painfree.
