Hi, my ds is almost 14 months, he is bf but has for a very long time had a bottle of formula at bedtime and any other times needed but has nearly always fed to sleep. I did manage a very short time where he had a bottle and i stood with him or patted him to sleep in his cot. Then his big side teeth starting coming him and he doesnt want a bottle at all, gets angry and pushes it away and still wakes during the night. I have 3 other children all under 5 so am exhausted. My husband can't go in during the week and i can't leave him to cry as he will wake the other children.
I have to do something but just dont know what i can do, my hv is no use. I am ok now to stop bf, if that was possible.
Thanks

Id wait until your DH is available for a few days in a row and then just go out at bedtime. Youll need a fairly structured bedtime, like bath, books, lullabye, sleep and get DH to stick to it, just minus the bf.
