Lip and tongue tie revision, relearning touch, and nibbly feeds

DD is 3 days post lip and tongue tie revision by dr Roberts at cote royd. It was a deep revision, and we've been doing to stretches/massage.

She's been relearning a good latch - it'll take a whole to completely relearn the bad habits she was using to compensate for the ties, but it's definitely getting better, and I'm completely pain free on one side, the other side is getting better.

I have a couple of questions, though.

Today she's only had a couple of 'good' feeds, both in he morning. The rest of the day she's been on and off the boob all day, having little nibbly feeds. She's getting enough, I think, as she's had 3 massive pooey nappies, and 4 or 5 soaking ones since 6am. She also hasn't really napped. There's also been a bad habit today on the right side of turning her head down toward the floor, whilst still attached.

Could this all be revision related, even though its a few days later? Or is more likely to be some kind of freak growth spurt? Or just a fussy day?

Not terribly worried about supply - the night the revision was done she wouldn't latch, so missed a feed and I gave her 4oz expressed milk, and pumped off 5oz.

It took a good two weeks post TT revision for us to be pain free with good latch and still have odd awful feed fa month later.
