re-establishing supply

Ok so im getting over a nasty abcess ive been on strong anti b's for a week and a half which mean ive not been able to bf. Ive had to pump and dump. When im off the pills i will be sticking to mix feeding bug im scared my supply wont be what it was. I'll be honest ive only found time to express about three max four times a day and thats just one side the side with the abcess has sarted leaking milk (pre and during abcess nothing would come out at all) and ive pumped for about half an hour on it when i do the other side but i barely get anything from the bad boob.

Please tell me il be able to go back... Hopefully to 50/50 feeding

Hey Lora glad to hear the abscess is on its way out at last. I don't know the answer except to say that feed feed feed and pump inbetween can't be a bad way to go.

yes im very pleased to announce it no longer looks like ive got a double boob its just the skin repairing itself now.
