I didn't know if this was a feeding or health question, so apologies if it's in the wrong place!
DS (7 weeks) has been prescribed ranitidine for his reflux. The paed said to give it 3 times a day, 30 mins before a feed. He is exclusively BF on demand, and has absolutely no pattern to his eating at the moment. He is also generally a very frequent feeder, sometimes every hour.
Trying to guess when he'll next feed and time the dose 30 mins before seems impossible, and I can't imagine giving him the medicine and then trying to hold him off for 30 mins before feeding! Will it still work if I just space doses evenly through the day, and continue to feed on demand?
Does anyone have any ideas/experience?
