Whatever helps you feel better and you can keep down, really! Don't worry about your milk supply, as your body will make this its priority. Apples, ginger and peppermint tea can all be good for when you're feeling crap, or toast.

Just to say that I feel for you. I'm breastfeeding my 7mo dd and had an awful bug at the weekend.

I did get extremely dehydrated, so drink tons too.

The best for dehydration is flat Coke (full sugar) mixed 50/50 with water and with half a teaspoon of salt mixed in. It sounds utterly disgusting I know but it goes down fine and really does make you feel better (the caffeine and sugar help too) and rehydrate you.
