ok long winded I'm sorry , DD is 7 weeks we have just moved home literally just putting beds back together. She hardly fed at all Friday night or all day yesterday. She has been more a less sleeping all day. I offered feeds as much as I could in-between moving but she sucked a couple of times and dozed off again. She has just finished anti biotics Friday for infected exzema.

All day yesterday last night and so far today my boobs are feeling over loaded but she only takes a bit then either flings her arms gets belly ache starts crying and getting really angry and upset :( but I'm assuming she is getting food as she is sleeping and generally seems content ? If I squeeze the milk goes shooting across the room so there is something there. I'm
Wondering if the stress of the move has made her more sleepy ? In really confused whether she is getting enough or not?

I would think probably it is the stress and confusion of the move, or it could be that her tummy is a bit upset from the antibiotics. You must be very busy but could you find some time (even half an hour will do) to strip off to the waist and get into bed with her and have some skin to skin? Allow her access to the breast but don't worry if she doesn't take it, just chill out, doze, reconnect and try and break the stress cycle. If she's still having wet nappies then she will be getting some milk so try not to worry just yet.

It might be a good idea for you to express some milk off so you don't get a blocked duct - so could you try offering her some expressed milk from a bottle?

Could be antibiotics, they could be making her tummy sore (by killing all the good bacteria in her gut). Have a look for infant probiotics, that should help.
