Whether it's your first time or you’ve done it all before, no one can predict what breastfeeding will be like.
Having just had to do this: NHS direct were really good for a basic question on BF and a drug. They used the breastfeeding network resource: http://www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/Dr Hale's team in Texas are amazing for the more complicated questions. http://www.infantrisk.com/ . They have a helpline.
and there is this website to toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/htmlgen?LACTAnd the BfN have a drugs in breastfeeding helpline which you can refure health profesional's to as well tel: 0844 412 4665
