breast milk smells

My breast milk smells like sick! it's disgusting, DS refuses it for a few minutes then gives in but cries alot during feeding :(

He's 4 weeks old. His poo has also been green the last few days, I've started expressing a bit before feeding him to ensure he's getting enough hindmilk but can't think of anything else.

I'm on fluxocillin? (spellcheck). For thrush, could this be the cause?

I have googled it, but it seems the only stuff on smelly milk is to do with expressing and storing, not fresh.
