Storage and use of expressed bm

We've had conflicting advice on this so far. Expressed bm stored in fridge. If we take bottle out, offer to LO who does not take it all, can we put back in fridge for later feed? Mw at hospital said not to re-refridgerate but if left at room temp can be used within couple of hours.
Also can u add cooled ebm to frozen ebm in order to build up frozen supply?

I was told that If you reheat it has to be chucked if it's not all taken, so best to have 2 containers and give little by little.

Also told you can add to frozen, but date must be latest.

Hope that helps Smile

OompaLumpa - Does this help? If baby is prem then different rules apply here.

No don't think so - lucky if they take it that temp!! It's ok room temp from freshly expressed for 5 hours I think...
