Help- 12wo refusing feeds

hi everyone, I'm hoping someone will have some good advise. My 12 wo is bottlefed, and this week has started to refuse her feeds. She will take 2-3oz then literally turns her nose up at it and starts chewing the teat and pushing it out. She only takes a full feed for her last one at 10.30, and it's just the same first thing in the morning when she should be really hungry. Any advise would be really helpful.

Maybe she's not hungry? Or she's getting distracted by the world?

Could you offer her small amounts more often or when she's sleepy?

My 4 month old has started to do this. I can't get her to feed when sleepy or any other time and her fontanelle is very sunk today! Have you found anything that works?
