Baby sickness bug and breastfeeding

The rest of the family has had a sickness bug and i think my 3 month old has it as she is unsettled and sicky.
She is asking to feed almost constantly which i have been doing but she is then sick after the feed.
Should i feed whenever she asks?
Do i need to give her extra water if she is being sick?
she has no temp or anything and so far this has been going on less than 24 hours..
Any advice appreciated!

Your breast milk is the best thing for her. feed her as often and as much as she likes.
