Are any Clapham/Battersea/Balham book clubs open to new members?

Hi all,

My husband, little dog and I just moved to Clapham Old Town two weeks ago - as I don’t know anyone in the area, I’m looking to join a book club. Is anyone here a member of a book club that’s open to new members?

A bit about me: I’m 31, originally from California, and I work as a freelance copywriter. My husband and I don’t have kids (yet - we will start trying very soon, so would be great to meet other mums), but I’m an avid reader and I’d love to meet some new people in the local Clapham/Battersea/Balham area.
