So this child free date night (tonight) has been planned since May half term. I lost my mojo a little bit and recently started setting fitness goals and slowly feeling healthy. I feel my husband has totally let me down, he went out on a works do last night and got totally wasted. So drunk that he has been puking up all day!!!! Needless to say we are not going anyway tonight. I feel so angry.... So angry that I don't know what to do..... I just want to binge eat and not deprive myself from my cravings, but don't want to undo all my hard work...
Feeling totally let down and not sure how to let him know that he has really hurt me and I do want to spend some quality time with him...
Ahhhhhh I can't even express myself properly... advice please xx
