Are you wandering, what should I be looking for on a nursery show round? Well I can help!

Choosing the right nursery for your child and for you as a family can be a time consuming and challenging decision to make. There are many worries you may face and questions you may have. What should you be looking out for and what questions should you be asking? I can help by assisting you on the show round and providing some friendly and professional advice to help you make the right decision for you.

Your child/ren are your most precious things in the world and through my experience within nurseries and now becoming a mummy myself I can relate to you. I fully understand how difficult it is to know the difference between what is a good nursery and what is a not so good one, what makes them all so different?

I have been in the early years industry for 11 years now, working in many different settings, big and small and in a variety of areas, working my way to management which I have been for 6 years. I have also achieved my BA honours degree in Early Childhood Studies via a distance learning pathway, working full time along side.

I am passionate about early years and ensuring children and their families have a warm, friendly, nurturing environment they can thrive in. I enjoy seeing children learn, develop and flourish. I have helped many families over the years to settle into the nurseries I have worked in and provide my professional advise. I would now like to extend my experience by supporting parents directly with the nursery search from an unbiased perspective.

Choosing the right nursery for you can have a fundamental impact on how you feel leaving your child/ren there and how well they develop and learn.

Becoming a mummy has been the most wonderful experience I could have asked for. We had a beautiful little girl who is keeping us busy and on our toes. Having our daughter has emphasised the importance of the right nursery and the trust parents have for others to look after their little ones. I now understand and can relate to the emotional factors of leaving children in someone else's care whilst you go to work, enjoy other activities or maybe you just would like some more time with their sibling.

Let me help you find the right nursery to suit all your child's/rens needs along with yours too!

Please do not hesitate to contact me via email or phone if you have any questions or would like me to assist you on a nursery tour.
