HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

right so here goes
we have had 4 mc since feb last year and ttc for over 3 i have pcos and endemetriosis (yeah done well for 7 pregnancys i know) well my last lmp was 16th august which put me at 5 weeks 3 days. i got my bfp under a week ago. very faint but no so you have to squint. it was very visable. anyway woke up this morning with horrific cramping and with my history of 4 mc i was worried so went straight to my dr who sent me to the ER. they scanned and said they couldnt see anything at all?? then they did bloods. they rang me an hour ago to say my hcg levels was 78. now this seems pretty low for 5 weeks and 3 days. im after a little reassurance as im very worried. please help me. im going out of my mind with worry,
