bleeding 5 weeks pregant

hi all was wondering if someone could give me a bit of advice please.
im 5 weeks pregnant I started having a brown discharge the day before last which turned into dark red blood, then it was tiny brown gooey discharge yesterday it turned it turned bright red blood some of it has been a tiny bit stringy like (tmi sorry) not really any clots to talk about it was very very minute it it has been like a heavy period along with quite bad back pain which started last night I rang the doctor and on the 15th September which is in 11 days I have to go epac which is early pregnancy clinic to see if I have had a miscarriage any advice would be grateful thanks

hi i am 9 weeks pregnent.i have constipatation problem today while i went to restroom for poo i found some bleeding and also seen a blood clots but there is no furthur bleeding and cramp on my abdomen.If anybody has any idea please suggest.i am really scared as this is my first child and i had a misscarriage earlier.
