We are proud to introduce our Mumthly Talks where you will enjoy talks on a range of topics all relating to motherhood and parenting.

Our first Mumthly talks will be held on Friday 11th April 2014 at Whole Foods Kensington and the topic will be ‘The Secret of letting go of guilt’.

As Mothers we are multi-taskers and mothers’ guilt is something we may all come accross, be it working Mums or just escaping for some well deserved ‘me-time’. Nurturing and celebrating ourselves is the first step towards nurturing and bringing joy to our children, friends and family around us. But how do we as mothers stop wrestling with constant guilt? Rest assured you are not alone.

You will be joined by local Mum of two, Amber Khan who is a lifestyle mentor. She helps overwhelmed & over stretched mothers take charge of their well-being that results in a happy, time abundant and a more energised mum.

She has thus created a ‘Guilt Free Haven’ in the shape of books, online tools and retreats where mums can spend some valuable me time to discover practical tools, re-charge their batteries and help take away any guilt they feel for thinking of themselves.

Participants attending will leave feeling refreshed, connected, encouraged & supported. It is an excuse to get out after the kids are asleep and enjoy time socialising with like minded Mums, minus the buggy. It will do us all some good!

Places are limited so we advice you to book your mumthly ticket early to avoid dissapointment.

Book now.
