Hi Mums, I am not a mum, I am a professional chef. Yes, you can be both but I am simply a chef with no clue about what to feed children on their holidays. I am going to be working for families with children in a hot place, and want to feed them good food that they will eat and love. Please help, I have no kids and no clue! Sorry, but any help would be gratefully received.

Hi - Just feed them 'normal stuff'. Don't do a special kids menu stuffed full of burgers, nuggets etc. Keep it simple, nothing too fancy. Ask the kids what they don't like - let them choose 1 thing each to 'not eat' but otherwise normal mini versions of the adult meals should be fine. Talk to the families about how they eat; what they like first so you know their preferences too.
