Some bath salts/ bubble bath would be nice, she can then have a lovely relaxing bath to help ease the back pain.

I have been in similar situations myself. I have resorted to Betty's online cake shop and apparently they taste great,38.aspx

Hi, my friend is in the middle of her January exams, in her final year of her degree. Her and her husband already have a girl, aged 2, and she's currently 7 months pregnant. How she has time to do anything, I have no idea!! Obviously she is very busy and tired and rushed off her feet, and this pregnancy is causing back problems so going out anywhere is painful. I live far away (we met at uni, but because she took a year out to have baby no.1 I graduated a year before her) so can't visit/babysit, so I would really like to send her a care package in the post, to cheer her up/help out. Problem is, I have no idea what to send!

I would normally bake in these kinds of situations, but my current flat doesn't have an oven. I don't have kids, and none of my other friends do, so I thought I'd turn to the Mumsnet community for help!

What can I send my friend (that is practical to post) that will make her smile, and hopefully also help out in some small way?
In her situation (and I'm guessing lots of you have been in similar situations) what would you have wanted someone to give you? Or was there something someone gave you that you really appreciated?

Any ideas gratefully received!! Thank you! smile

(I should probably also mention that as I just graduated, and am now an unpaid intern, my budget isn't huge... Deffo going for a 'thought that counts' kinda thing)
