Can't see a thread for this week...

Here's my latest blog article: review of The Croods on DVD. smile

ToddlerJibber Mon 09-Dec-13 14:58:08

Can I join in? A new blog, with new posts smile toddlerjibber.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the Croods review, have been considering getting a copy for Christmas. I think from your review, that mine might be too young? (2 and 4)

Hi ToddlerJibber, I love those snippets you've blogged - kids are sooo funny! You should tweet them too; they'd be perfect for one liners in 140 chars or less. ;)

You should get The Croods on the pretext of buying it for your kids... and watch it yourself! lol It is really, truly, funny. Whether your 2 y/o will like it... is a 'how long is a piece of string' question, tbh.

We've never been able to watch more than 5 minutes of Cloudy With Meatballs and they cried all the way through The Princess And The Frog! If your 2 y/o doesn't run away from Beauty And The Beast, then you're probably safe to gift it to them. Otherwise, there's about 2-3 scenes where you'll probably have no eardrums; the rest of it is totally okay. smile

Thanks. New twitter account for that or no?

fcknits Mon 09-Dec-13 15:45:21

Set it up as a separate Twitter account. Add some good hashtags and I reckon it could be a hit. smile x

ToddlerJibber Mon 09-Dec-13 15:47:56

Thanks, will do that. smile

ToddlerJibber Mon 09-Dec-13 16:06:09

Right, I've done that. @toddlerjibber

I'm a bit out of my comfort zone here though, thanks everso for your help. smile

ToddlerJibber Mon 09-Dec-13 16:12:25

My most recent post http://musingssahm.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/isolation-its-becoming-norm-and-we-are.html
Very topical as we struggle with the social isolation of chronic illness, but sadly social isolation is no longer unusual for many sad

Lots of pics of the bracken-covered bench cushion I've just finished knitting. And at 6pm tonight there'll be a post about anarchic Christmas decorations I've painted...

Opting out 'cause sometimes actually taking part in Christmas crafts is just too much effort.

Having said that, I am currently plotting a gingerbread house from scratch...watch this space!
