Just popping to say hello. I'm not really around on the MN boards any more but I've just joined the bloggers' network with my new blog, so thought I'd (((wave))) shyly and twirl a bit of hair while I try and pick up a few handy hints.

Just off on school run... <scarpers>

Hi there midnightexpress! Thanks for posting your blog, I am a huge muffin fan (chortle) and will be trying your lates recipe.

One thing - I struggled a bit to read your header as the pale text fades into the background a bit. Having said that, I do love the title and the clever tagline smile

I agree with 2under2blog with regards to the header

Your descriptions are very easy to follow and I love your pictures. For my little amount of knowledge I think it looks good and reads well smile

Oh thank you, 2under2 (I had 2 under two for nearly a year, btw - they are 5 and 6 now and I am beginning to feel human again!). I'll come back the muffins at some point, as I've found a couple of other recipes too now.

Thanks too for your comment about the colour - I'd noticed that too. I'm having difficulty finding a colour that works with the eggs - it was the purply colour that I've used for the post headings, but the picture is quite contrasty, so the dark colours don't work so well on the dark bits and vice versa. I might be able to move the tagline off the picture I think. Will have another fiddle.

And pebbles! X-post!

The muffin pix were taken at night and don't work so well. I'm using a crappy point and squirt camera atm because our fancypants one has been on holiday with SIL in California (the lucky thing) but we should get it back soon so I hope the quality will imprve a little. Bad workman and all that...
