Another Silent Sunday here.

MmeGuillotine · 23/09/2012 19:04

I haven't been posting much as I hit 1.5 million page views and decided that it was about time I moved to self hosting. The process has been more hideous than anticipated but I THINK we'll be ready to do the BIG MOVE next week. :)

In the meantime, here's a squiz at the new covers for two of my three books! I'm rather pleased with them! :)

CollectorOfCookbooks · 23/09/2012 19:31

Ooh they look fab Mme!

I can delete posts if I go into the overall 'post' editing page, rather than being in the post itself, if that helps ManInHisPJs?Which platform are you on?

Today, I can't decide if I need a waffle iron, and it's all the fault of the Great British Bake Off.

MmeGuillotine · 23/09/2012 19:45

Thanks so much! :)

Didn't think my daughter's homework could be this enjoyable!

Teenboy's moved out and partying hard at uni, but I've other problems afoot with Teengirl.

aliceemma · 24/09/2012 11:56

There are days - and even whole weeks - when I think we have it sorted! No explosive wails of "No, no, no!", no running away screaming and no lying on floor with flailing arms and legs. And there are some days - and even some whole weeks - when I cannot believe I can be getting it sooo wrong!

What am I doing wrong?

As my daugher begins her school life and her journey towards independence I've been wondering if we push children too quickly into becoming independent.

?Necessity may well be called the mother of invention but calamity is the test of integrity,? and while there is no doubt the calamitous circumstances of recent years have necessitated a certain amount of re-invention on my part, it has been the loss of my financial integrity which has caused me to suffer the most. lifeafterdebts.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/business-worries.html

How fussy are your kids? You might want to compare them with mine (and my husband too!)
