Do you get work via your blog? Is this blatent enough?

Now that I'm getting going with blogging, it's occurred to me that I might as well see if I can get some work through it.

I know the chances of this happening are probably as rare as hen's teeth, but it's worth a shot, I figure.

Is what I have put on the top of my blog blatent enough? Or should I call it something else?
