Good morning all, loving the title! Im still a few weeks away from the 3rd trimester though lol.

Baby is moving around SO much, everytime I sit/lie down he is moving and kicking me. I think maybe because I havent been very active recently is prob the reason I can feel him more. Sitting here now watching him kick me its still so weird and lovely!

Morning all, happy mummy to be and mothers day to everyone. How are you all?

dh that was lovely of dp glad your feeling better hun. I'm still a few weeks away from 3rd trimester too, does anyone feel its flew in?

kkfairy i have had a few hormonal days which resulted in tears and tantrums lmao

memphis think you could try a warm drink before bed, some lavender in your bath or on your pillow. Think at the mo baby turns night into day which will probs keep you awake hun.

viksam thanks huni, my pleasure to do the threads. We didnt pay for the 4d scan they gave us the pic to show us what it was like, but thier package is £195 which includes 20min dvd, photos, keyrings and other stuff worth it, but expensive. I may work on dp bout gettin it lol. Glad things are goin ok at the mo, enjoy shopping and thanks for the tip on the nappy bin x

It has gone very fast for me too stac! I've been really naughty this weekend, eating pizza etc... Really worried about my size now I did the same with DD and it took me 7 months to get to size 10. Although I look better at a size 12... It's easy to take it overboard Does anyone have a HUGE boobs problem too? Still can't find anything swimsuit wise. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated

I know Stac if I have an elective it's like 3 months for me! Because they are usually 2 weeks before the due date! Amazing really! 4 months if I am overdue! My DD was 11 days overdue. Either way not long to go. And the spring is nearly here, the sky is blue Let's take advantage of the "quiet" time as it will not last long!

stac i know what you mean about it not being long til baby is here, it didnt seem long ago when i told people they were saying oh your only just pregnant then and now its oooh not long now!

Happy Mother's Day everyone. It's a lovely sunny day here in London. Hurray!
stac congrats on little girl.
Desperate that is cute about getting the card from dylan. how sweet.
glaston stac and i think it was becky and anyone else suffering from pgp spd etc...
I went to a private chiropractor for the first time yesterday and it is like a miracle cure.
What has your physio been like? it really varies I know, but I had two NHS sessions and she didn't touch me just gave me some excercies and the belt which which were rubbish and said it will just get worse as pregnancy progresses. Well this was getting me down and after reading lots of research about how it is treatable at any stage by someone who knows what they are doing, I went to a chiro. He did hands on muscle work in my left hip and I could feel improved mobility straight away. Today I can walk better and have no pain in that hip. My right hip still painful but he is going to work on that on Tuesday.
I find it terrible that I was fobbed off by the NHS physio but I think there are a lot of people frightened to do work with pregnant ladies.
It's very important to find a chiro that knows how to treat the condition though as there are a lot of cowboys out there, as my physio said.
Going to go for a nice walk in the sunshine now with DH as feel I can manage better than normal.

Woo hoo Stac a little girl, congratulations!

I have had such a nice weekend, DH on a stag weekend so best mate came to visit and we just ate and talked! Finally got to do some much needed gardening as super sunny here as Kapars said so feeling v relaxed and back on top of things, thank god. My hormones must be back to manageable levels after a week or two of craziness.

Just think this time next year we will all be mummies on mothers day, wow I'm really excited and time is flying, bring on the mat leave please!

Kapars good news on the chiro, well done for not being fobbed off and putting up with the pain, I bet you feel much better.

hey ladies thanks for the congrats, now my stupid sil (rant alert) has me worried lo's a boy as her dh said the scan looks like a boy. I know rationally its not true but she has a nack of being a complete arse. Then when i tried to protest that it is a girl she gave me the age old speech about it not mattering so long as its healthy, then went on to say it could wear girl clothes and have long hair and slagged the girls name we like. Of course dp says its all me and no-one can have a laugh with me but i don't understand why they feel the need to bring me down. Also dp doesnt stick up for me ever, i'm so sick of it. Sorry to go on, does anyone else feel like this? X

stac, ignore her...what a weaner. It's a girl, you had an extra scan to find out, she's just trying to dampen your excitement and if she stoops that low then she's obviously a twonk. I'm not telling anyone the names we've picked cos fil mocked our names last time. I ignored him cos he's a weaner too.
It's annoying that your dp doesn't back you up though, dh is always very supportive when his family are dumbasses. Ignore them!! You're having a lovely little girl
DD's still got the most horrendous squits and we were up for 45 mins last night changing everything...finally worked out we need to starve the bug and just give her Dioralyte...thing is I fed her a Weetabix so we'll wait for that to come back out again

Yes stac! We do! People make me paranoid that it is a girl not a boy even though the sonographer said he is as sure as can be it's a boy! It does make me all paranoid... Also My bil is very annoying too and my DH does not stick up for me. Thankfully they left the country... But there are people who really get on my nerves. Particularly one girl. When I said that who would have thought I am married for some number of years, have a second kid on the way etc.. Here response was "2.4 standard." Well it does not feel standard to me! And when my DH laughed it will be tuff to get the 0.4 she said "get half a dog". I'm sorry but I just don't find it funny. I think people forget that we are going through a very special time in our life's! And we are sensitive! And it matters. Stac you had a 3D scan and it is a girl. So don't listen to nobody.
On another note - I had a lovely lovely day! DH and DD took me to La Boheme for lunch in Soho and then to see Alice in Wonderland in 3D in Leicester Square. The skies were blue and it felt like spring I felt happy and comfortable. After the movie we had a coffee (decaf of course!) and a red velvet cupcake and the Hummingbird Bakery I really enjoyed today! Although exhausted now... I hope you all had a fantastic weekend too.

stac shes an idiot, it seems that you cant have anything thats your own without someone pissing on it or trying to share their experiences. Why cant people just be supportive of you and sensitive to ur feelings! I have been saying that we think our baby is going to be a boy and my Mom asked if we had any names in mind so i told her and she said she didnt like it..........the name was Evan. Im not mad on it like its the only name ever but i like it, so i told her that she probably wont like any name we choose so she might as well get used to it.Im not going to change my choice just coz my Mom doesnt like it, although i just know she will say 'dont know why they chose that horrible name'to the whole family! I love my Mom very much but she has a confusing character sometimes.
I have felt really achey today, i think its that round ligament pain, its not very nice. Went to weymouth today, got a few nice jumpers from redherring at debenhams, marked up at £18 at the till charged £12.60 so got two! I have to say they make my bump look huge!!
I got the nappy bin from Tesco but didnt get the bottles and the steralizer from TK Maxx because i wasnt sure wether to buy a microwave one or an electric one. Opinions would be gratefully recieved. I want to breast feed but want to express too, i know we have gone over this before but re bottles etc, how many do you need etc etc. Those of you who have experience can you advise?
