I posted a message to chegirl and then it disappeared! I thought it was just me that couldn't see it. I hope I haven't killed it in some odd way.

I think they may be deleting a message on the thread and have removed it. Not sure if it will come back

No it didn't kick off, I think it was just a swine flu vaccine opinion that dollshouse wanted retracted.

Do you think we'll get it back? Any word from HQ?

Since there are a lots of us pregnant with number 2, can i ask what are you plans re: pushchair... I went to mothercare at lunch time to look at the phil & ted and it is £460 not sure i can justify that expense...
Ebay seems to be a much better option...

my ds is 3 and a half, so just going to use his old pram. may get a buggy board for it if he wants 1 and it doesnt get in the way.
i agree that ebay is a much better option you can get great bargains on there, especially if you find 1 near you that is pick up only as obviously only people in that area will be bidding.

I wonder if HQ has deleted the thread instead of just dollshouse's post? They haven't replied to my message on site stuff.

Re buggies, I'm going to try and get away with a buggy board, or a sling for the baby and DD in the cheapo mothercare buggy. I've got a Bugaboo which got daily use when I was on maternity leave, it coped brilliantly with walks on the common and the towpath. Once it's back in pram mode though, DD won't be able to get in it. I'm really going to try and avoid having to buy a double buggy.

Hi everyone, how weird about the thread - where is it?! I'm soooo tired at the moment. I keep waking up at 5.30/6am and not being able to go to sleep again. dani87 I had a headache yesterday all day, poor you. I am 17 weeks and still waiting to bloom and feel amazing - not happened yet.

I love the Phil & Teds buggies but as my DD will be 3.3 when the baby arrives I really can't justify getting one so I just plan to get a buggyboard to go on existing pram (we have a bugaboo gecko from when DD was a baby - can't wait to get it down from the loft and sort it out!). Have been using a basic Mclaren for the past 2 years and it is a complete wreck now so once DD gets the hang of the buggyboard might get rid of it!

Phew, found you all! Wondered where everyone had gone.

Dani I had a migraine on Monday, horrible when you can't take migraleve isn't it. I took paracetamol and it didn't do a damn thing. Fortunately my folks were able to come and scoop me and DS up (DH away on business) and take us home so I could sleep. God bless parents, eh.

Re the buggy debate, I'm going to get a buggy board for Bugaboo Cam and in the meantime am training DS (2 and 2 months) to walk everywhere so he gets used to it! Am determined not to have to get a double buggy.

Wellie I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and although not blooming exactly have definitely got more energy than previous weeks.

This lunchtime while DS was asleep I cleared 2 wardrobes and filled 2 bin bags with clothes for the charity shop! I'm in a real clearing / sorting / ruthless chucking out mode, can't wait to get cracking on decorating a new bedroom for DS so that number 2 can have the nursery. Only problem is that I want it all done NOW!!

Bettymum what did your message say ?

I bought a double buggy yesterday and am sooo pleased. I saw it on ebay and snapped it up. The seller was only up the road. Its a Safety First tandem. Its a fairly cheap make but I didnt want to spend a lot as it wont be my only buggy. Its BRIGHT RED . Its so hard to get a bright buggy that isnt a P&Ts or a Buggyquinnyzappyboo.

Brand new, tags still on, all shiney and new and luverly.

I know its a bit soon but had to go for it.

*pillia' glad you are feeling better. My hair has only just started to recover. Its been mank for weeks but is now getting all glossy and thick. Yipee.

mummy my scan is on 25th too
