Ante-natal exercise classes in Essex

Could anyone recommend classes/instructors for:

Ante-natal yoga
Ante-natal pilates

in or near to Billericay, Essex.

My midwife didn't give me any info at my 16 week appt and I don't see her again until I'm 24 weeks but would like to start classes sooner rather than later...

I've had a look on the Mumsnet Local mid-Essex but couldn't see anything on there.

Hi

One of my friends went to a class in Wickford - I've posted the details on the Mid-Essex site.

(I should explain that I am the Tsarina for the Mid-Essex site, so have posted the infor over there to try and entice people to come and use the site!)
