ooooooh look, I'm in the thread title, thanks and big thanks - it was sooo lovely to get a text from you guys.
Will apologise first as haven't got the energy to even attempt to catch up since I was last on - wednesday I think, see can't even remeber when it was.
WIll apologise secondly in advance in case this turns into a bit of a ramble
Anyway, we are wed. Yesterday was a pretty great day which was, in itself, a bit of a miracle. DD spent all last weds throwing up and things started getting worse weds night. The D+V carried on all thrus and fri by which time we were making plans on how best to get through the wedding service and then bring her home and then going to the reception in turns. she'd been so bad I'd even sorted out a spare outfit in case she was sick, or worse, down my dress . Sat morning rolls round and she wakes up, takes one look at me and says "breakfast time mummy?" with a great big grin. I pretty much cried on the spot. Luckily the wedding wwasn't til 2pm so we had time to give her some food and make sure it wasn't just going to come back up. She was fine but just very tired, what with almost no food in her since Tuesday and all the excitement who can blame her. She managed fantastically and made it through til 8.30pm. She even saved the day when DS refused to bring up the rings (he was best man) - she just took the box off him and strolled up and handed them straight to the vicar.
Other moments I'll remember include the look on DH face when I reached him, how fantastically wonderful he looked standing there which is weird bacause he'd left to go to the church from home so I'd already seen him all spruced up but he looked different somehow. My ring barely made it over my knucle although it seems okay today - I was getting a bit hot and stressed in the morning before getting to the church (family - need I say more?) and I'm guessing that made my ankles and hands swell a bit more than usual. And lots of little things through the day that would just make this post go on far far took long.
There were a few hiccups at the reception, mainly due to my having no time to finalise some details in the last few days before hand but it didn't really matter. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and we had a fab day and that's what counts.
Anyway, I'm about to go for some tea and then for a big soak in the bath - had to carry DD quite a lot yesterday and my back is just terrible today - and then early to bed as i'm feeling worn out.
Mind you can't backache be a early sign of labour
puddings......I have left over cheescake, choc tart, lemon torte and cream filled choc merringues, and lots of wedding cake. All home made and all, especially the first 3, utterly delicious.
Breakfast this morning was made up of some of each yumyumyumyumyum. Made clearing up the hall much more bareable

I am deeply jealous of the pudding situation though
MathsMummy - so glad your here - I felt the head!!! well I am pretty sure I did!
Just had a lovely relaxing bath and thought I'll just see and the cushiony pad if pressed in slightly has a fairly firm round shape inside!!!! Which I couldn't feel three days ago!! Tried to get DH to have a go but he wimped out!!! Although you are sneaky - pulling it out!!!
Sorry bout that everyone else!!

Jeepers but I'm exhausted today... all we did was have a really long lunch, but i feel like I've run the London Marathon! Is it too early to go to bed???
oooh BB that's exciting! at your DH, mine's the same, wouldn't even look at my mucus...
He said and these exact words were "No - I have to have sex with you after the baby comes!!" I did want to point out that that is nothing compared to what he is likely to see when I am in labour!
I know I was really excited! which is silly because it doesn't actually mean anything other than it is lower than before but yay for my baby's head!
