(1 Post)having had 3 awful birthing experiences onthe nhs I was with my friend who delvered in a pool at home and it was amazimg.she was serene and calm and the whole labour lasted about 4 hours...compared to my hell i was amazed it could be like that. I thnk having a friend there who has been through it is invaluable too
