Just wanted to let any of you expecting babies in or around South Wales about a one-day antenatal course I'm running on Saturday 20th October (I've advertised this in the small business section, but I know not everyone looks there).
Most antenatal classes spend lots of time covering the birth - but then what?
This course is all about you and how you will handle the emotional challenges of becoming a mother, and it's designed to be the perfect complement to your NCT or NHS classes. It was featured earlier this year in The Times.
The style of the course is informal and relaxed. There will be lots of exercises and interactive elements and plenty of fun. You?ll be able to ask questions, discuss any anxieties or concerns, and to reflect on your strengths and where you might need support. Both parents-to-be are very welcome.
The next one is on Saturday 20th October at the Hill Centre in Abergavenny. Further details are available on my website or by e-mailing me at [email protected].
