Hello! I'm 25+1 due on the 22nd Smile

Feeling good, still smaller bump than my other pregnant friends , and constantly being told I'm small! But learning to enjoy the fact I'm still not uncomfortable Grin

How are you all feeling?

My bump feels huge already and is making me waddle. I'm only 5ft 1 and have a small torso so I think I look even bigger. Plus baby is always lying transverse across my belly or sometimes breech. I've been having sciatica at night for the last 12 weeks which has meant a lot of trouble sleeping. I cant decide if this or the vomiting from the first trimester is worse.

How are you dealing with being pregnant at work? I'm trying to wfh more but feel like my manager is phasing me out. Taking me off the finale of a big project that I've worked the last 18 months on and was seemingly leading until recently. Now I've got no motivation at all to work the next 9 weeks.

Hi ladies! I’m almost 26 weeks and due 18th April. Since New Year it just feels so close!

@Mum2b2020 I’ve been feeling the same about work, feeling a bit phased out. I don’t think they are being horrible in my case, just planning for the year etc and I won’t be there for most of it but still feels a bit rubbish at times.

Thats ashame you are feeling phased out at work .... I work in a lab so I've been desk bound since the start! Cant work with the chemicals in there... but yeah it's not nice when you feel your pregnancy is an inconvenience! Confused

Hi!
I am sad to hear that your bosses treat you like that :(
I'm working as a receptionist so I'm quite ok luckily. My only problem is my uniform 😅 they ordered me a huge disgusting dress, I look awful in it. I have an other dress, and they let me to wear it so probably I will stick to that one....
I feel quite lucky with my pregnancy as in the first 12 weeks I just felt nauseous and dizzy, never vomited. Now I'm feeling great. Sometimes I feel a bit of pain in my back during sleeping, but I can sleep properly. And it's getting harder to put my shoes on :D

Hi All,
I hope you are feeling well :)
I just had my mini glucose test yesterday. I had to drink the sugary drink at home and then go to the hospital for a blood test. They couldn't find my vein only for the 3rd or 4th time, now i have a huge bruise on my arm.. well, i'm taking blood thinner so it's not a big surprise but still very ugly :D
I hope everything will be ok. They let me know if something is wrong, otherwise we will discuss it with the midwife on the next appointment :)

Did you have your test yet? Or are you going to have it?

Ouch, doesn’t sound like much fun! Hope your results are ok. I am doing the test on Monday. Did you have to give blood before the glucose drink? I’m hoping they will let me leave in the 2 hours between tests, otherwise it’ll feel like a long wait!

Apparently I had a bit different test than the most.
I had a flyer how to do it. I had to fasten for 1 hour (I was not eating or drinking anything, except water from the previous day, though :D ), i had to buy the glucose tablets and make the drink for myself, drink it at home 1 hour before my appointment and they took blood only once.
There is an other way to do it (I was doing some research) where you need to fasten from the night before, go to the hospital, they take your blood, then they give you the sugary drink, you need to wait 2hours and they take your blood again.
I think it depends on your hospital which one you are doing..
If you're doing with the 2hours waiting, the hospital won't let you go. I would suggest to take a book or a good movie on your phone :)
