Crikey. I'm mega-early, but did a Clearblue early detection test today and here I am! Hopefully some more folk will join me soon.
Second baby for me, already have DS who is 4. Feel like I've forgotten everything tho!
Eeeeeeek!

@Hannah192 Congrats! Crazy isn't it?! I've not told my DH yet. He's working and it didn't seem right to do it by text! And its soooooo early. I'll hold off til the weekend, test again, then break the news 😂

@Bilsonate it is! My DH was with me when I found out. Madly I bought more tests yesterday so I can keep checking it’s real 😂 Hope your DH is excited at the news! When do you think you’ll be due?
Hopefully some more people start to join us but it’s a little early yet 😂

@hannah192 About 5th Feb I think. AF due at the weekend but i did an early detection test because I felt the same as I did when I was pregnant with DS. Very aware that its early days and because I'm a bit older (39) theres more risk of miscarriage. But, at the moment, it's all good Smile
I actually told DH this morning- it was a bit of a tell and run because of work but he seems pretty happy!

Hi, can I join you guys?

Congrats to you both on your BFPs!! I got mine yesterday, super early at estimated 9dpo but I must have o'd earlier than I thought (wasn't tracking this month as was on holiday) as it was actually a pretty clear line.

First month trying for first baby so feeling really lucky - I've been lurking the conception threads on and off for a year now waiting for my chance to try and assumed it would take at least 6-12 months!

@Bilsonate aww amazing! Well I shall be keeping everything crossed for you.

@FromTheMist welcome and congratulations! That’s amazing that it’s your first month trying!

Hey ladies, can I join?

Congratulations to you all!

I got a lovely strong BFP this morning! AF was about 3 days late and I used a Clearblue early detection.

Sadly had a miscarriage in December so trying not to worry.

Just bought home a new puppy a few days ago which is going to keep my hands full!

Brilliant news for you both!

@Charm23 - a puppy and a baby! Wow! I have two dogs but they're getting on a bit now.

This bit is so weird. Where you know you're pg but it just doesn't feel real.

@Bilsonate Thanks so much, I appreciate it. I'm staying positive for now :) Our pup is definitely helping keep me occupied and happy!

These early days are strange. I can't quite believe I'm pregnant again. Very surreal feeling knowing I could have a baby by my birthday!

Hello all! Tentatively joining.

Got my BFP on Sunday with a FRER at 10dpo (and an IC and a Sainsburys test Blush then picked it up on a Clearblue Digital yesterday morning and just did another FRER because I had it here but it was comforting to see the lines getting darker!

This is my 3rd pregnancy, but my last was over 12 years ago so it all feels like new - it's also my first with my DP, he has children too, so life is busy!

No major symptoms other than boob ache (which has always been a normal AF sign for me), a bit of creamy CM, hot flushes, backache and some headaches. Starting to feel a bit queasy today but think that's all in the mind. Actually, that's quite a few symptoms, haha!

Looking forward to joining you all on this journey.

Is it bad that I’ve already walked around mothercare?! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ My excuse is my friends due any moment so needed to get them something!

Hey ladies, congrats on the BFPs! Can I join? Tested last night and got a clear line on a cheapy. Due 3 Feb. It’s not sunk in yet, DD is 16 months and will be just 2 on the due date, so this feels a bit early. I’m happy, if nervous - took 2.5 years to conceive DD and I never thought we’d be here, just a few months of ttc no 2.

@Bilsonate just did another Hmm still pregnant haha

I've spoke to the GP today and there's no midwife there now, we have to self-refer but they gave me the details and I've sent off the email so just waiting for reply now, within 7 days apparently.

Hey 👋 to those just joining - exciting times!

Morning!

Off to the doctors this afternoon to find out about higher dose folic acid and will also ask about constipation Blush I've not pooped in days!

That is a lot of tests tisonly!! They’re getting nicely darker which is lovely.

hannah, that’s interesting your dr says to refer at 6 weeks. Last time I didn’t refer TIL about 9 weeks as got conflicting advice (I moved areas) so I guess I’ll wait til 6 weeks and do it then. Don’t want to jinx things by doing it too early (stupid I know!)

No symptoms here except my bras are a bit tighter round the rib cage!!

tisonlymeagain · 30/05/2019 13:39

I know @star1980 I am stopping now! I have on FRER left and one ClearBlue Digital but I am going to save them for a few weeks in case I need reassurance!
