My name is Elise and i am Yoga instructor from Orpington. I am soon looking to start up some New Prenatal Yoga classes and would love to know if anyone would be interested to join?
I will be starting them from the beginning of March, possibly the end of February 2018.
Please do send me a message on here or to my email and check out my website, i have a link on there as to why Yoga is so good for Pregnant women.
*please note that you will have to have your first scan before you can start the classes
