Daisy Birthing Classes combine movement, the breath, education and relaxation, along with making new friends in the area, to aid a positive birth outcome.
Antenatal Classes begin first week in September on Monday and Wednesday's, 6.30pm-8pm at, either, Lear Fitness or The Fitness Garage.
