Hello.

I got a positive test result yesterday (and 2 more since).
My EDD is New Years Eve, but i'll follow this thread as the December threads seem so advanced!
It's my first pregnancy too so ecstatic and terrified in equal measures!

Hello! My edd is 30/12 but also feel the December thread was much further along than me so I'll hang out here if you don't mind :)

Also first baby, had a few issues so far but on meds to hopefully make everything go perfectly this time! Everything crossed.

I have minimal symptoms so far, just sore boobs and all of the weeing :)

Can I join? EDD 30th December but the December thread seems well established by now.

So it's just us crazy women who have tested early then?? Hopefully the thread will get busier during the week! Smile

Got a very faint positive today- EDD of 7th Jan going on LMP. Have one ds already (aged 3), had quite a difficult pregnancy with him. Am very cautious at the moment as I'm so very early.

Anyone else excessively symptom spotting? I'm so damn tired all the time!! I'm hoping that's a good sign. I've started to go off chocolate too which is the same thing that happened last time and I find it so weird because I'm someone who can't get through the day without a chocolate bar or two... or three

And I'm constantly checking my knickers when I go to the toilet!

Coffee were you tempted to test again today to see if your line got darker Grin? I've gone through about 10 tests by now. I'm a complete nightmare when it comes to poas. Have spent way too much money on FRERs at Boots and DH thinks I'm a nutter and gets upset with me for "wasting" that money.

Mills I'm the same as you I'm exhausted and the thought of chocolate is turning me but I usually love sweets!!

Hey ladies!
Joining this thread as December is so busy! Got positive test on Thursday morning- edd is Christmas Day as my cycles are short. I'm so worried about miscarriage. I'm 25 and a bit scared about the prospect of being fully responsible for another person! Eek!! I went to the drs and she referred me to the midwife for next week so I've just filled out a giant pack of paper they ask so many questions!!!

Hi all, I love that there is a Jan 2018 bread I can follow as then we'll all be going through the same!
We got our BFP on Sat, it was a really really faint line on an eBay cheapie so I did a clear blue digital and it was 'pregnant 1-2 weeks!' My EDD is 01.01.2018. Have my first docs appt tomorrow which I'm so excited for as just doesn't feel real at the mo.
My only symptoms are really sore boobs and peeing loads!
I'm kinda wishing I hadn't tested so early as I'm a nervous wreak and every time i go for a wee I'm checking the tissue for blood as just so worried about something going wrong. Is anyone else this anxious?
This was our first month of TTC, I came off the pill a few months ago so have been tracking periods and Ovulation so feel really lucky to fall pregnant first try!

Hello everyone, I'd be thrilled to join you! My EDD is on New Year's Eve but we're all much more in the same boat on this thread than the December one, I feel.

This is my second pregnancy, as unfortunately I had a miscarriage in February. So I'm really pleased to be back on the horse, as it were! I had my first midwife appointment today; we don't have a standard 8-week appointment here, so you just see them to tell them you're pregnant, and they take BP and urine sample and book you in for the scan/monster of all appointments at 12 weeks. However, as I've had a MC, my EPU have (separately) offered a reassurance scan at 8 weeks anyway, so that's what I'm looking forward to!

WLMcI · 25/04/2017 18:45

MummyM33 you're not the only one on Knicker Watch, don't worry! Grin At the same time, it's pretty common to bleed a bit and still have a healthy pregnancy, so try not to freak out if you do see anything. A BFP is the clearest sign you can have that AF is very much NOT on the way--and today, you are pregnant Smile

WLMcl we're only a day apart! How exciting!!
I'm so sorry to read about your previous MC :( you've not got long to go until your 8 week scan, please let us know how it goes!!
So pleased you know what I mean! Love the term 'knicker watch' 😂 it's just so hard not to worry, I don't want to wish the pregnancy away as have always looked forward to this, but counting down the minutes till I get to 12 weeks!
I have my first docs appt in the morning and my partner wants to come. I think it's lovely that he wants to be so involved and not miss an appt just worried it'll be a waste of his time as tomorrow the doc won't really do much I imagine other than refer me to midwife.

Can I join?
Don't know when I'm due as my cycles hadn't settled after coming off pill mid January. I'm really hoping for early January (most of the family birthdays are already in December so I'm sure some in the family will be facepalming if we've managed a December due date lol)
Anyhoo bfp was Thursday last week on a fancy clear blue tester which said 3+ but apparently the timings on those can be a bit wonky.

Hello girls,

My edd is Dec 30th, got 3 positive result about a week ago, this is my first pregnancy as well!

I'm new at this forum- and in the country as well, so would be amazing to meet new mums to be and share my experience with someone who understands and is local!

I am very normal, 33 (turning 34 this year) and live in Epsom, Surrey Easter Smile
