Luckily DH does it (I'm an impulse shopper - when I do the grocery shop we spend twice as much ). The worst is simple things like pizza when you're too tired to cook. You have to make sure to have pizza in the freezer.

Cried at a blind dog in the park this afternoon. Owner was very concerned for my wellbeing but hormones just took over. The dog was blind!! It was just all too much for me to take.

Then I got home and threw out left over cheese sauce from lunch in bin and threw up in the bin at the smell of it.

I have been doing so well with the healthy eating recently, and today has totally gone to pot. Chocolate brownie (only the tiniest slice), popcorn, chocolate digestives, packet of skips, toast for lunch... And now it's almost dinner and I feel totally stuffed and couldn't eat a thing...

Oh, I did have an apple and branflakes for breakfast, it wasn't all bad!!

Tinysalmon I honestly thought I would of learnt to empty the bin the night before if I've chucked something particularly pungent in there, but I ALWAYS end up yakking into the bin the morning after when I've put more rubbish in there and forgotten about said offensive food!

Thanks for all your kindness. I spoke to a really good doctor who said the bleeding shouldn't be anything to worry about as id previously heard a heartbeat but was slightly more concerned about the pain I've had with it. Nothing too bad now but stomach is definitely very tender still.
