The timing is pretty good for me as will be off for DD's school hols so won't have to faff with / pay for holiday club.

I'm full of fear, I (ideally) really didn't want another summer baby. We weren't supposed to try until Dec/Jan for that very reason. I'm dreading the heat. And two DDS every day to add to the mix. I shouldn't be ungrateful as I'm very happy for my sticky bean. In other news I've just eaten half a pack of sausages

I'm glad that I'm due on the last day of term too! DH and I are both teachers so he will be off for 6 weeks with me at full pay. DD won't be at school either so I intend to sit and snuggle both my babies whilst dh does the house work

Cookie & hopes a summer baby will be lovely. I will be making the most of DH being off for two weeks and making sure we get out loads. Then once he's back to work hopefully I'll manage lots of walks with the children. I may continue sending ds3 to nursery a couple of days a week in the holidays as bad as it may sound at least that way I know he will get to do activities etc. it depends on how well the baby sleeps.

I have a ds1s birthday on Christmas Eve. Ds 2 and 3 are both May, 6 days apart and DHs birthday is the day after my due date.

The timing is perfect for me too. The main project I'm working on ends in May so I'll be able to wrap up things nicely at work. Plus I've always wanted a Summer baby looking forward to the (hopefully!) good weather and walks in the park!

I've started feeling quite queasy since the weekend but haven't actually been sick yet. I know someone suggested crackers but anything else to help ease this queasy feeling? :-/

My mum was saying with me it was miserable (cheers mother!) as it was November, dark cold and depressing a nightmare to get anything dry limited to going out etc etc and that with my brother (July baby) it was lovely, a bit rubbish during June but said she just sat in a paddling pool for June and then when he did arrive (all 9lbs 10oz!!!) it was nice as she could go to the park with him and was much more pleasant once he had arrived - so I'm quite glad of the July date :)

Very concerned that I may give birth to a small elephant and my vagina may never be the same again but glad on the summer :)

Ooh yes summer babies! I can imagine the heat isn't great but I live up north so hopefully won't be too bad. But will be nice to be able to head out with the little one!

Ds was August 2000. And what a scorcher. Plus id preg rash from hell, blisters from my toes to my neck. I used to walk about in my knickers covered in lotion. Was never as uncomfortable in my life. But was nice to get him.out in the mild weather and I used to let him sleep in pram at door, making sure he was in shade and insect net over pram.

My DH is a landscape gardener so it's his really busy time..I'll be lucky if he takes a day off for the birth!

Hopes and dreams - I'm sure he will definatly not miss the birth ! Ul nd him there !
I had an emergency c section with DD after 27 hrs of labour , her heart relate dropped so had to b cut out ( was so glad they just hauled her out was exhausted )
Hoping to have a vaginal birth this time but scared Labour will that long again ! And the scary vagina afterwards lol xxx
