(1 Post)Hi all! I am new to this so sorry if I am asking a question that has been discussed to death!
What do people think of ante or pre-natal supplements?
My local pharmacy said that the following two are popular:

Has anyone tried these? Any thoughts/recommendations on natural alternatives? Is it possible to overdose on this sort of stuff or does it just make your baby a bit more healthy?
