Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

Hey all, I've had 3 hours of sleep so far. Probably not happening now!! Minila is having a party and I've got heartburn. Or reflux? No idea what the difference is!

How are you tee, cym and before?

Good Morning ladies. Sorry for hijacking your thread but just wanted to say on behalf of the Penis Dragons, we are heartbroken to hear of Chat's news. Would it be ok to also contribute to your JustGiving page?

Thanks for new Fred la

Nothing to report here, back aches and some tightening on and off but nothing else. I did sleep from 1.30-5.30 though which is unheard of . I'm seeing cons. This afternoon anyway so will mention it and see what she thinks, will prob try and invoke more Sod's law by not putting hosp bag in car or having enough car park change. I'm all about the reverse psychology.

Hi kitty thank you xx

re donating - really lovely of you & the dragons - I don't see why not, the link is on our previous Fred .

Kitty that is a lovely idea, thank you (Penis dragons?!)

I thought this last week until the scan would go quickly but it is draaaaaaging! JC how are you doing scan buddy? Still sane? Looking, Feathered (and Gouda if you are still lurking) hope you are all doing okay in your first few weeks.

Before, tee and cym, puuuuuuuuuuush! Interestingly, I read an article yesterday about how women should not be told to push/not push and should just go with their instincts, so actually, do whatever you feel like ladies. obsessed with The Undercover Midwife

Morning viroids.

I didn't sleep much. No symptoms to speak of for a few days but I have made the magic 39 weeks today. DS was born at 39+2. Lovely midwife says DC2 is 3/5 engaged and certainly feels it. I only have one waddling speed at the moment - S-L-O-W.

My instincts tell me that I might get another hour's kip if I go back to bed now. Or... toast and marmalade? Hmmmmmm.

Thanks la, she will find us when she is ready.

She is clearly loved here and hopefully knows it. Thanks kitty, anyone is welcome to donate anything they like so please feel free.

I can feel it getting closer tee! Will the consultant be able to tell you if you are in early labour maybe or do you think not?

Why can't you have nap and toast before? Have all the things you want! Not sure how long it takes to be fully engaged but 3/5 is over half way... Yay?

PixieChops · 27/05/2015 07:22

Hi everyone!
Thanks La for new Fred
Yesterday I had my consultant appointment as to whether or not I was allowed a c section and within 5 mins of the consultant looking over my previous notes she said yes straight away Smile I'm so happy! It's like a weight has been lifted! Only thing is I was that excited that I told her I was only 35 weeks instead of 36! Which means that I had to bring my next appointment forward a week and I'll be having MiniChops in 3 weeks time. I've read lots of good reviews about ELCS and managed to speak to a couple of local viroids about it too so I'm just going to spend the next 3 weeks trying to prepare myself mentally.
According to the consultant MiniChops is also 3/5 engaged, to be fair though I think pest was engaged pretty early but I still went 5 days over! I'm a bit nervous that they now leave you until 39 weeks but assuming if I went into labour early they'd just give me a CS then.
Jelly my boobs have pretty much ached for 36 weeks non stop its not fun, plus just recently I seem to have one erect nipple constantly.. Have no idea what on earth is going on
Congrats on making 39 weeks before! Fingers crossed it'll be soon now for you. I hated the waiting game the first time round but I'm a stickler for diary keeping and I'm very impatient.
At Daisy Birthing I was told to "breathe" the baby out instead of "purple pushing" which I assume is a lot like listening to your body. However I know some women who get a massive urge to push but get told to stop in case they damage their perineum so it's a bit vague. In my delirious state with my first I mumbled something about "breathing the baby out" my midwife grabbed my face and was like "Listen sweetheart, we don't really have time for that sort of thing right now, you'll push when I tell you to!" To be fair to her DDs heart rate had dropped drastically and it was all hands on deck. Plus id had an epidural so not like I could feel anything to be "breathing" baby out anyway.
Is it a bit sick of me that I'm looking forward to my epidural in 3 weeks? Honest to god my sciatica has been awful and I'm so tired of being in pain that I think I'll find the numbness a huge relief.

Jelly that sucks, I find that every time I'm tired something crap happens just to make it even worse! Hope today goes nice and quickly for you and you manage to get to work ok.

I'll find out on the 9th June my exact c section date so I'll be sure to let you a lol know Grin still feeling nervous about it as I've never had surgery before but women have them all the time. However I'm feeling lucky that they granted me one in the first place.

Morning (ex-) shaggers (well, we're definitely ex- in the niff household atm). Pixie, so glad you've got an answer on the c-section, must be a massive weight off your mind! And before, sounds promising (still..). Feels like you've been about to pop for ages lovie, fx it's sometime soon.

And la, David A! Major geek crush! Must have been worth it...?

Jelly, I can confirm that upon finding out youre pregnant you enter some weird space-time wormhole thing, which is a bit like waiting for Christmas when you're 6, only with all the anxieties adulthood brings and raging irrational hormones. And you thought twotting was a nightmare!Confused

I've made it to day 54, which is the point at which I had the miscarriage last time, so the last few days have been particularly nerve-wracking. But things seem to be ok and I still feel like shit. Sooo much work to do this week, and frankly, I just cannot be bothered!

Booking in appt with mw yesterday made it all feel a bit more real. Someone medical is taking me seriously about being pregnant, which must mean it's kinda true... She was also reassuringly unfazed when I said I'd be moving halfway around the world to a developing country with very limited medical system at about 26 weeks. I'd expected horror.

Scan tmrw after work. Source of next massive anxiety!

Who do I need to PM to get added to the FB group? It's time I viewed these bump pics...

Not alot going on here, sorry. A bit of backpain and tightnings last night, went for a lie down after dinner, striped to underware so I could get changed into paining clothes, by the time DH came upstairs I was fast asleep and he left me to it! Woke up at about 10 and he just laughed and told me go back to bed, remember youre very pg. so off I went and have slept untill 8 this morning. Whats going on?
Seeing mw lunchtime, then DCs are coming home tonight! I may go with DH to get them, (he is meeting his mother half way, so somewhere in mid wales) depends on how I feel later on, but id really like a massive cwtch (hug) with them still awake!
Im glad youre having your c section Pixie, you may have your baby before me!
The waiting at the end is quite torturous as well, but i have no patience when it comes to waiting for baby.

I can add you to the FB group Niff - just need the email address you use for Facebook.

Tee put the bloody bag in the car! I dithered about it when I was going in but glad I did as the baby popped out three hours later. How exciting about your plug! And seriously - I bounced off the bed after giving birth having spent months having to do it in stages so as not to set my pelvis off. Really hope you get some relief soon.

Fab news Pixie! Must be a huge relief!

Hope things get going soon Cym and Before. I had the best few night's sleep of my life just before I went into labour.

Been giving BabyPis all the cwtches (DS won't let me) since hearing the news last night. How lovely that other people are popping on to pass on their condolences x x

Jelly no it's at 7+2, private scan. I just want to know there's a heartbeat - last time was a blighted ovum (I hate that term...) so I'd like to know something baby-ish is happening in there.

DulcetMoans · 27/05/2015 09:03

jelly, that is absolutely a sign to go back home.

Great news on getting a scan date soon pixie. Something to work towards. Then just keep your legs crossed until then!

Is it day 54 today niff? Can be a bit nerve wracking when you get to a previous date but hopefully you are ok.

I am not sure I can do a full day here today. I need a sleep! I have a weird night cold that makes me all stuffy meaning I can't sleep. You know when you breath through your mouth at night and you get that horrible film over your teeth and lips. Yuck! Problem is I know my car will be blocked in so I am stuck here for a bit at least...
