Can't believe we're on thread three already!

Gakay I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know from bitter experience how heartbreaking it is. Hoping you have lots of support in real life. We found that once we told people it has happened a suprisingly large number shared their own stories of miscarriage. It helped that people understood and somehow we felt less alone. The TTC after miscarriage thread on these boards is also excellent for support and understanding if/when you try again.

Really hoping for a sticky bean in your future - do drop in and let us know how you get on. xx Flowers

Good Mornjng all, wow a 3 rd thread already!

Gakay - im so sorry to read your sad news, it is such a terrible shock even when we prepare ourselves for the worst, I hope you're getting god rl support.

I have my scan today:/ 9 week exactly I think as I was a couple of days out with my lmp on the stats. Feeling nervous and sick all of the time but fortunately the constipation has eased! Just managed half a toasted tea cake but feel rotting now, will buy satsumas later to try as I can't stand ginger.
Good luck anyone else having booking in/scans today. Will hopefully post a pic later.

Hi all, please may I be in your gang? Grin I'm 32 and expecting my first with my hubster of a year. 7+1 today according to LMP so due approx 22nd June and have my GP appointment booked for the 13th.

Was having a breakdown for a couple of days as my sore boobs were going, but low and behold, the morning sickness kicked into full throttle last night just before bed. Excellent!

It's so nice to have people on here, going through the same thing to read about and chat to when no one else knows yet. It's killing me - especially as my baby brother (well he's 28) just announced last week that him & his wife are expecting & she's only about 2.5 - 3 weeks ahead of me. I just wanted to shout "SO AM I!!!" but resisted. Think she thinks I'm a bit mental as I'm suddenly extremely interested in all of her symptoms Wink

No problem Jackie Grin

Welcome and congrats Orville you will be right at home here with the mentalness! Wink

Welcome Orville. I'm due around the same time.

Today is DD's first day at the childminders before I go back to work next week. I'm sorting out my wardrobe. Pleasantly surprised that M&S' bum and tum tights are holding in my podge so I can get into my work dresses! Feeling so fat in my jeans but hopefully it's not as bad as I imagined. After lunch I'm going to go through my maternity clothes and see what's worth reusing. It's incredible what you can achieve without a little one around Smile

So sorry for your loss, Gakey, I'm thinking of you x
Many of us have been in the same situation. I only wish I'd joined some of the support threads on MN when I first had my mc as I told nobody & it tore me apart. Sharing really does help. So sorry 4u x

I have felt very sick and had awful stomach ache since 4 weeks, but I wouldn't count that as hg. I haven't been sick. I can't eat much except satsumas I don't know how sons of you are coping. I'm lucky I work from home at my own pace, which is snail pace currently Wink

So sorry to read your news gakay

I have been trying to add the stats list to this new thread so that the newcomers can add themselves and the rest can update, Ive added a couple of new columns etc.

However I have no idea how to get the clicky link onto here.

This is the link but prob have to copy and paste it:

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/187-SzT22h7P7Foe5S0_Ba3TwU-HnDohALFohx9_AoFI/edit?pli=1#gid=0

If sumone could tell me how to add the clicky link I would appreciate it and I don't mind being 'stats keeper' to those who cannot edit on phones etc, now afew of us are feeling abit more confident it would be nice to keep the stats upto date Smile

Waiting for scans is really nerve racking! DP and I are off on our honeymoon the day after I'll be 12 weeks gone so we've begged the midwife to try to fit us in for a scan before then. Otherwise we'll be worrying the whole week! Hopefully time flies for those waiting for scans Smile

Boofsandboss · 04/11/2014 13:32
