Feeling a little nauseous this morning, but think due to tiredness. Got an hour's sleep, up and down all night, dh has managed to sleep through cat using the litter tray which I can't clean (no gloves yet) so am out of bed and exhausted.

Still pregnant as yet though, so very happy to be exhausted and slightly sick. And on the plus side managed to write some more of my memoir while up very early this morning. Woo!

Ooooh, just thought, might have a cup of tea (usually coffee so not really anything now as I like it strong and black). We have decaff! Grin

Hope it's sunny for you ladies this morning!

Can I join you? Got a BFP a couple of days ago but a v strong one this morning. This will be a second dc for me and EDD is 30th March, so just make it into the March club. Feeling queasy already, as did last time even before missed period. Heat doesn't help....

Morning all!

Misty I think it stopped at some point in the second trimester, but now I have a toddler I'm up at 5am everyday!

I'm so tired I'm already falling asleep on the sofa. Going to go for a lovely day out and hope the fresh air keeps me awake!

I can't remember who said it on the last thread - but I also had heartburn horribly in place of MS last time. It would hit at 6pm exactly and I wanted to DIE. This time I have all day nausea and I feel awful. Every three hours exactly I get really dizzy and hot and have to lie down. Poor DS is getting the worst of me at the moment :(

If anyone does get horrible heartburn I have the most amazing cure for it. Don't have Gaviscon or Rennies or anything else "cooling"!

I'm not dealing with it very well! Also have a toddler up early for the day. 6+4 today and just feeling so bad. Sorry everyone, moan moan. I'm not even writing a coherent post. I just lay my head down on the table and gorgeous little DS came up with his soft little hands and lay them on my shoulders, like "there, there mummy".

Gosh I go to bed and there's a new thread!!
Feeling fairly shattered atm and wishing I could spend the day in bed :-(. Far too nice to be going into work.

Misty the waking up early seems to be preparing you for motherhood in my experience! Not had a lie in in nearly 4 years, thought I may as well have dc3 before I get used to sleep again!! Been up since 2.30 with hey fever and pregnancy insomnia which I've had every time, i seem to get it instead of sickness! Thinking I'll try and be productive with it this time!
Can I ask when everyone made their booking appointment? I'm can't remember what I did before I know they do it at 8 weeks but can't remember when I booked it? Only got my bfp yesterday! Smile

Morning, can I join please. Found out on Sunday. PFB due 28/3 according to due date calculator.
Haven't been to docs yet.
I've got lots of nausea but not actually sick, sore boobs, caffeine withdrawal headache and the weird smell thing!

Yep look at the positives, by the time dd arrived I didn't notice any sleep deprivation as I was so used to it. Silver lining?!

Ohhh I didn't do any stats, I'm 28 and this is dc3. I have dd (just turned 3) and ds (nearly 2) yes I must be mad!!

Morning ladies, I am excited, coil out 2 weeks ago and have just been sick!!! Could this be so early or have I got that bug everyone has round me? Too early to do a test so I guess I'll have to be patient!!!

I too love my sleep, we are ttc and one big fear is, I sleep so well, would I hear my baby cry????? X

Report
ZebraZeebra · 22/07/2014 08:19

Stupidly unnecessarily early. If they're not not-sleeping through the night, they're thinking 4.30am is morning. Losers. The lot of them. There's a thread going on at the moment about when did your baby sleep 8 hours. First night we had DS, he slept nine hours. He used to sleep in until 10am. I ACTUALLY WORRIED ABOUT THIS. Then we hit the four month sleep regression and never really recovered Wink

MotherOfInsomniacToddlers · 22/07/2014 08:25

They are meant to wake up, esp bf babies it's good for them when they are little so I've never stressed about it and gone with the flow.

If you want a laugh to ttc this time if we didn't dtd in the evening then we had to set an alarm for 4am so we could dtd before the toddlers woke up! ;-P commitment lol!!

Report
ZebraZeebra · 22/07/2014 08:32

Bella you will definitely hear your baby cry! Especially since guidelines suggest you have them in the room with you for the first six months. There's no escaping the little beasts Grin Ignores continued co-sleeping

Hello everyone. New thread. How exciting!

Well I'm getting ready to go for my booking on appt. I went to doctors when I found out I was pregnant and the midwife then contacted me for my booking in appt. I'm 8 weeks.

Just to follow on from yesterday's 'will I ever want to have sex again' comment. Well, I decided yesterday to just try and at least kiss dh. Only tentatively. And one thing led to another and we ended up dtd and it was just AMAZING!!! Not sure why but such a heightened sense of feelings. Wowzers!!! I hope this continues.
