Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 10th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

There is a stats thread here but its a zombie thread so enter at your own risk....... eeeeek

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 26th outing!

Yes, its cause I was meant to have a growth scan at 32 and 36 (gestational diabetes), for genetic reasons I had two booked in for 28 and 34. Due to the dates my diabetes midwife cancelled my 34 one and booked me in for only one 36, as there was nothing available at the time I've only been booked in for a scan at 36+4.

When I had my last message midwife appointment she was concerned about size and sent me to the day assement unit who said although baby is measuring big he is following his line but leaving 8 week's between scans was to long so booked me in for 30 weeks which is tomorrow.

The baby is measuring long, so they are keeping an eye. However I am not concerned to much as dh and I are both tall.

I had dildo cam for my scan last week cos it was so early. It's ok. Better than a smear anyways :)

Ooh freaky dream alert! Don't remember all of it exactly but I know I was near a mosque when people were walking into it and all these edl types were chanting at them and throwing stones etc, I was fewwmin' and suddenly this wall collapsed.
So I confronted this man who I told in no uncertain terms there was probably no such things as god but who was he to tell others how to live their lives.
I was crying and went up to this lady in a sari sitting on the steps and asked if anyone was hurt etc, she said no and thanked me for caring.
Then (omg) a lady in a Greek toga walked up the stairs to enter and I instinctively knew it was Aphrodite.
After fawning over her she asked me to help in finding her daughter, which we did, (she had no head) then asked her to bless my baby.
She did and said some enchantment in Greek then....'she is blessed, she will be very important to the world'

Was it a premonition or am I just getting angsty for next Monday!

Can you imagine if it turns out to be a she!

Crazy. Course then it went off on a complete tangent which involved me trying to stop someone blowing people up but against better judgement decided to take the stairs when I KNEW I should have taken the lift, didn't make it in time. Saw the bomber, threw a folder at him (?) ducked into a side room and tried to rescue about 4 others, we escaped through a window, I survived, they didn't, and because I took the bloody stairs, not the lift, floated in mid air to the very start to do a do over.

I took the lift the next time round.

Phew.

Wow, min, what a bizarre dream. The must have worn you out...were you knackered when you woke up?

Wil, good luck today. I'm sure all will be fine (though I was a wreck this time as I was nigh on symptomless by the time it came round, so understand how you feel).

Wil, I think actually the bednest is only about 1-1.5 inches shorter than a crib. I've got the 2 new mattresses in my room and there is actually less difference than I remembered!

Ness, my birthday is 5th Nov. it's a great day for a birthday. I think you should aim for then, ha ha!

Nothing exciting happening here today. I did loads yesterday, so want to take it relatively easy.

I want DH to put the car seat and base in the car today and retrieve the crib from the garage so I can put bedding on it.

I also bought a hair dye at the weekend, so may put that on. Though I might wait til next week so it doesn't fade too much before I give birth!

God, I'm so tired and hot and bothered...being pregnant for 2 summers running was a stupid idea!

POyetAS this morning - nice double line. Still symptomless. Got stuck into some alcohol free wine at my housewarming yesterday. Felt tiddly after my second glass. Went to check bottle - full fat Pinot Grigio someone had popped in the door of the fridge while my bottle had been moved to a shelf. Bugger! Can't believe I didn't double check the label.

Taking a pot of wee to the Drs on Wednesday so he will agree to see me.

Working from home today as DS is feeling poorly and is having more sleep. I have a friend asleep upstairs who is going to have a dreadful hangover when she wakes up. She brought two bottles of prosecco thinking she'd be sharing with me and ended up having them herself. I need another couple of hours of sleep
