Thanks for the new thread!

Am actually in a very good mood today as I think this is the first day in about 3 weeks when I haven't woke up feeling awful and wishing I didn't have to get up. Am taking advantage of the brief respite to eat something other than jam on toast! Cake Grin

Can I join you lovely ladies?! Due dc2 on around 29/09 I think! So 6 weeks. Getting a lot of nausea and headaches and tiredness has hit me like a ton of bricks this week.
Looking forward to chatting to you all! Have been lurking for a while!

Afternoon, any news from today's scanees?
duzzy I think you might be local to me, I'm likely to have a 'silver star' baby too, due to previous complications.
I'm still really really tired, and soooo glad I'm not working currently, hoping I'll feel better by the time I go back to work.

rockin - I'm getting shortness of breath too! I have quite low bp though so I wonder if that's it? Had my booking bloods today so will be interested to see if they come back saying anaemic. Also got referred for physio today - my SPD (from preg no.1) is back at 8 weeks - feeling anxious about coping with the pain. It's not too bad at the mo (stiffness and discomfort) so I hope acting early will stop it getting worse. I thought if it came back it would at least be after the nausea has subsided! Poor OH, all I seem to do is moan!
In good news today, DS (who is almost 3 and a very picky eater right now) ate his lunch - including cucumber sticks - a major achievement so we had lots of high fives!

katharine omg SPD so early on?! You poor thing! Yak it's absolute agony Hmm Whoop whoop for your clever boy though!! Our dd is a rubbish eater at the mo, despite her being a fantastic eater when she started weaning (we did blw so straight on to solids at 6m, she ate everything we put in front of her!)

Really sorry to hear of your loss carly. What an awful situation to be in after 6 years of TTC. I really hope you get some luck soon. For now please take good care of yourself and I hope you have lots of support in real life too.

Pleased to hear all okay Hubby.

I'm doing okay. Did briefly get some energy back earlier this week but it has definitely now gone. I think these 5.30am early shift starts are to blame. By 5pm 4pm today I'm horizontal on the sofa and ready for bed at 8.30pm. I'm finding the nausea is becoming more intense (more likely to throw up) but on the positive side generally isn't lasting for hours like it did a couple of weeks ago. I've definitely getting hungrier now though. If I don't have at least a couple of decent sized snacks in-between meals I end up feeling sick with hunger today I took an orange to work, didn't eat it, but bought and ate a giant triple chocolate chop cookie instead. 8 weeks tomorrow. Really hoping this 'blooming' stage starts soon! Wink
